As the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) is spreading all over the world, Precision System Science Co., Ltd. is taking the lead in providing automated PCR test systems (equipment, nucleic acid extraction reagents and consumables) to overseas OEMs as a contribution to society as a manufacturer. In addition, the company plans to introduce fully automated PCR testing systems (geneLEAD series) to about 300 facilities in Japan under the title “Lessons Learned from COVID-19 and Measures to Prevent the Spread of Serious Infectious Diseases in the Near Future.”

It was adopted this time as a result of that the policy set out mainly by Precision System Science Co., Ltd. and applying for a grant (to cover the cost of building, equipment, and core information system acquisition) in order to secure manufacturing capacity in accordance with the purpose of this grant and establish a production base in Japan. We also received notification of the grant adoption with the amount (up to the maximum) by mail on July 21, 2020.
